Since 2009, we have been a winner in sales 5 times at Tokyo Ramen Show which is the biggest annual ramen festival in japan. And “Toyama Black Soy-sauce Ramen” uses fish oil and a long boiling process to create a strong black soup that is easy to drink. “Toyama Black Soy-sauce Ramen” is a unique pride of Toyama prefecture.
So we are confident in our products. And our “Miso Ramen” is made with malted rice using a 200-year-old fermentation process unique to Toyama. This ramen gives an aroma and taste of tradition.
And about chiken soup ramen, we deeply boil chicken bones and meat to create a white soup which contains a lot of collagen.
If you become our franchisee, we will teach you ramen preparation and management know-how.
We also will send condiments like soy sauce from Japan,and help you design your store. (However,something must be provided by you.We will not provide raw materials such as meat or eggs that are found locally and are enjoyed by customers. We also will not cover labor or store construction costs. So Franchisees have to pay those costs.）
There are six stores in Japan and 12 FC stores in the world. So, of course we are confident in our products. But if you provide normal taste Japanese ramen of RAMEN IROHA, the popularity may be temporary. So if you would like long term popularity, you need to adjust the taste of ramen to local taste and local culture. And ramen prices are different depending on the country.
